A. SOME PROBLEMS IN THE INTERNAL MANAGEMENT OF AN ORGANIZATION IN WHICH CAUSE THE PURPOSE OF ORGANIZATION does not materialize
A major challenge in realizing the goals of the organization is about how to realize its characteristics in the practice of daily operation of the organization. In developing the practice in achieving this success is not independent of the internal management of the organization concerned. Speaking about the success of public organizations in question is good governance or good governance.
In this case the government needs to take and use the sniper strategy in overcoming some problems in the management of public service organizations to realize good governance as a determinant of success in terms of realizing the goals of the organization.
The government needs to overcome several problems in internal management which includes:
The inability of bureaucracy to productive action, which meant in this case is:
a) Does not have good ideas
b) Unable to solve the task well
c) Not have any suggestions and improvements
d) Work not in accordance with the plan
e) Unable to motivate himself through the drive into the
f) Not understanding the job well
g) Apathy to suggestions and ideas of others
h) Not able to mingle with superiors or subordinates
i) Not aware of the waste is carried out
j) Do not have a good level of attendance
k) Like complain
l), poor working habits
m) Do not want to learn something new
n) Conduct of corruption, collusion and nepotism
The things described above are a fraction of the reflection of the problems that exist in the internal Management of a public service organization.
B. FACTOR - factors inhibiting PURPOSE ORGANIZATION.
The implementation of good public service, clean and respectable to the ideals and hopes of every nation. But the wide scope of problems faced, the complexity of existing problems and the limited human resources and capacity of government and non-government which is inadequate causing these goals difficult to achieve. Some of the barriers that exist can be seen from two factors, namely:
1) Internal Factor
a) Lack of faith that causes human / bureaucratic corruption
b) The number needs to be met beyond the capacity of man himself.
c) The inability to think peoduktif.
2) External Factor
a) Inadequate legal structures
b) issue a pluralistic society
c) Volitionality officials to conduct service learning
d) The effect of bureaucratization in the case of limited raw / source of income because of the recruitment / personnel increases

C. EXAMPLES OF PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS rill
1) KPU (General Elections Commission)
Still fresh in public memory when a number of KPU officials, including its Chairman, was arrested for corruption and bribery-related cases. The institution that gave birth to the 2004 election and even then smudged.
2) the KPK (Corruption Eradication Commission)
The problem that ensnare Antasari, Seeds and Chandra raises the question: What is happening in the institution?
3) Directorate General of Taxes
